CITY POLICE COURT
In the City Police Court yesterday, John Gavin Mclntyre, a member cf the military forces, appeared before Mr H. W. Bundle, S.M., on a charge of having stolen £27, belonging to the Army Department. —On the application of Detective Sergeant Hall, he was remanded to appear on Friday along with eight other men who were before the court on Monday on charges of a similar nature. Bail was allowed in the accused’s own recognisance of £25, with one surety of a like amount.
