FAIR TO FINE Forecast for Otago.—The following official weather forecast for Otago, covering the ensuing 24 hours, was issued at 5 p.m. yesterday by the Meteorological Office in Wellington;— Moderate to fresh south-west to westerly winds; weather fair to fine; temperatures moderate. Further Outlook.—Fair, Weather in Dunedin.—The weather yesterday was warm and sunny. A fresh breeze blew from the south-west in the earlier part of the day, but changed to north-east in the evening. The barometer showed a rising tendency, the midnight reading being 30.05 inches (1018 millibars). The following *are the meteorological observations taken yesterday at the Daily Times Office:—
