The council had a duty to any men who might be on leave in the district, and that the churches in the borough might take turns in entertaining tire men on Sunday nights. The council adopted the Mayor’s suggestion that he should meet the ministers in the area to discuss with them the possibility of arranging a regular system of entertainment, particularly on Sunday nights.
