Upon all Lands and Buildings to which water can be but is not supplied, situate within one hundred yards of any part of the waterworks; AND Upon all Buildings used as Stores or Warehouses, or lor any purpose other than as a dwelling house, a Rate or ONE-HALF of the Rates abovementioned. 5. A SPECIAL RATE, under the authority of " The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926," of ONE. EXTRAORDINARY WATER SUPPLY. under Section 82 of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1933," and the provisions of the Borough By-laws for premises having flush-down w.c.'s. other than hotels and those who pay. a special water supply charge for same, a FEE OF TEN SHILLINGS (10s) for each W.C. The above RATES AND FEES ARE PAYABLE IN ONE SUM in each case on the Ist day of August, 1942, at the Town Clerk's Office, Beach street.
