NAVY LEAGUE NOTES
A good number of visitors from the country took advantage of the' opportunity to inspect the spinning room on the Tuesday in Show Week. Those people who are making stockings for the special order are asked to send them in by Wednesday. June 17, if possible, or, at the latest, by Monday, June 22, as headquarters are awaiting them, and Otago docs not wish to be late with its quota. Because of petrol and tyre difficulties, it will be a great help if any parcels sent by rail or bus, which have to be collected at the depots, can be despatched to arrive in Dunedin by Monday or Tuesday in each week, as the committee member collects the pai-cels on Wednesdays.
