RADIOLOGIST DISMISSED
SEQUEL TO HOSPITAL DISPUTE (P.A.) AUCKLAND, May 11. After considering the deadlock recently reached in the X-ray Department of the Auckland Hospital concerning continuous overtime work on routine chest examinations of men balloted for the army, the Auckland Hospital Board decided to-night to give its radiologist, Dr C. d’Costello, three months’ notice of dismissal. Six members voted for the motion and four against it.
