WORKERS TRAINED IN BRITAIN (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) RUGBY, May 9. Addressing a number of Indians who have been undergoing industrial training in Britain, the Secretary of State for India, Mr L. S. Amery v said: " You can play'your part in' building up the fabric of Indian industrial organisation for India is bound to become, and should become, a great industrial country." Of the 204 Indians who have come to Britain under the scheme, 100 have completed their training and returned.
