DISTRIBUTING FIRMS
ECONOMY MEASURE (P.A.) ’ WELLINGTON, May 8. To conserve petrol, man-power, and truck mileage, the eaa and outre- distributors in Wellington, at a conference to-day, decided to form a limited liability company, in which each of the distributing firms will hold shares, including the internal Marketing Department’s trading branch. Legislative authority enabling the department to hold such shares in a limited liability company is provided in the Marketing Emergency Regulations, which were gazetted to-night, and these will enable the organisation to function successfully.
