RUBBER SUPPLIES
SOUTH AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT WASHINGTON, Feb. 4. Officials disclosed that plans have been completed to exploit on, a large scale the rubber-growing potentialities in South America. The principal area will be the Amazon Valley in Brazil. The purpose of the plans is to obtain war supplies.
