QUESTIONS BY MEMBERS (F.0.P.R.) WELLINGTON, Feb. 5. , Information whether or hot the Government was taking steps to exchange representatives between New Zealand and the Soviet Union and China was sought by Mr J. A. Lee (Democratic Labour, Grey Lynn) in notice of a question to be asked on behalf of himself and Mr W. E. Barnard (Democratic Labour, Napier) in the House of Representatives to-day.
