MAGISTRATE’S COURT
Judgment by default, with costs, was given by Mr H. W. Bundle, S.M., in the following undefended civil cases, heard yesterday in the Magistrate’s Court:— Alfred James Howorth v. Francis Farquhar, £4 9s, balance owing on account; T. W. Bobbie v. L. D. Evans, £5 16s 6d, money owing; Young Men’s Christian Association v. A. L. Hansen, £5 15s, board and residence.
