TOWN HALL DANCE
Six couples will take part, in the final on Saturday night of the novel war-time competition for women dancers, which has been attracting so much attention at the weekly 'Town Hall dance. In the semi-; final last Saturday over 2300 votes were cast, Mid only. 33 votes separated the six finalist*.- Prize money totalling £25 will be awarded.. The contest is most specH tacular,' as the couples are called upon to dance the Destiny, the modern waltz, the military two-step, and the quickstep The Georgians* Strict Tempo Band wfll supply the-music for the modern dancing; In th*i main hall, and the Boyal Dance BandVwlll provide a programme of oldtlme numbers in .the Concert Chamber.
