MORE REALISTIC ATTITUDE OF CONGRESS (Rec. 7 p.m.) BOMBAY, Feb. S. Symptomatic of the new and more realistic attitude to the Japanese menace is the decision of the Indian Congress Party in the Bombay Municipal Corporation, which/hitherto had refused to co-operate in the air raid precautions scheme, to hasten the protection of the municipal schools. The leader of the Indian Congress Party, Mr. Jawaharial Nehru, is among the few who are maintaining that A.R.P. organisation should be left to the Government.
