VISIT TO NORWEGIAN BASES LONDON, Feb. 3. Admiral Raeder is reported to be inspecting Atlantic bases in Norway, says a Stockholm message. It is believed that the safe arrival of American troops in Ireland created a bad impression in Germany. Admiral Raeder is possibly investigating the enlargement of submarine bases at Bergen and Trondheim and the establishment of others.
