WOOL APPRAISAL
WELLINGTON SEASON'S FIGURES
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Feb. 3. The gross proceeds for the wood valued at the second Wellington appraisal, which commenced on January 9, totalled £649,236 10s 9d, making a total for the two appraisals of the 1941-42 season of £1052,247 4s 3d. The average price per lb was 12.528 d, compared with 12.703 d at the first appraisal. . The official figures compiled by the Wellington Woolbrokers' Association are as follows: —
