SOUTH AFRICAN OUTRAGES FURTHER ACTS OF SABOTAGE N '„-- JOHANNESBURG, (Rec. 1 a.m.) .•■.'-' Feb. 2. German agents operating from Portuguese East Africa, are reported to be responsible for the recent outrages in South Africa. Dr Malan, leader of the Republicans, strongly dissociated himself from their actions. Further acts of sabotage are reported in the Free State and in the Northern Cape Province; where telegraph and telephone lines were cut. Communications between Johannesburg, Capetown, Kimberley, East London,, and Port Elizabeth were interrupted for some hours. ;; : •.•j,; i
