AMERICAN TROOPS FLOW OF MATERIALS NEW YORK, Jan. 30. The Cairo correspondent of the New York Tribune, after extenisvely touring the African west and north coasts, says: "American war material and men are flowing eastward across Africa in several rivulets, but not yet in a broad stream.. I visited four seaports in West Africa, several aerodromes and two important cities. Everywhere I met American soldiers in brand-new uniforms eastward bound." The correspondent does not give names or details.
