Charles Samson, claim £3 2s 9d, for work done and goods supplied, with costs (£1 9s 6d); the Otago Hospital Board v. E. Bell (Hamilton), claim £ll ss, for maintenance in the Auckland Hospital, with costs (£2 16s); the Otago Hospital Board v. Alan Christie Stewart, claim £l, for hire of ambulance, with costs (8s); J. and J. Arthur v. R. Kimber (Hilton), claim £l4 14s, for goods supplied, with costs (£2 16s); Butterfields, Ltd., v. K. Gray, claim £1 9s 6d, for goods supplied, with costs (8s); Donald Reid and Co., Ltd., v. H. Brooks, claim £lO 15s, for balance owing on goods supplied, with costs (£2 14s); Woodswear, Ltd., v. L. R. James (Welling-, ton), claim £5, for goods supplied, with costs (£1 3s 6d); Butterfields, Ltd., v. J. Currie, claim £6 3s 9d, balance owing for goods supplied, with costs (£1 15s 6d). Judgment Summons There was no appearance of the judgment debtor, A. M. Alexander, in the judgment summons in which A. L. Marshall and J. H. Don (Timaru), claimed the sum of £2l 14s, with costs (£1 6s). —An order was made that as the defendant did not appear or offer any excuse, the balance of £ls 14s, with costs, must be paid forthwith, in default five days' imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended if the defendant made weekly payments of 10s.
