8.8. C. Policy The Daily Express says it has been known for several weeks that there have been differences of opinion concerning 8.8. C. policy between Mr Ogilvie and the Ministry of Information. The change clearly points to the Ministry's complete control of home broadcasting. Wage Increase Demanded A message from New York states that the Executive Board of the Congress of Industrial Organisations adopted a resolution that a demand be made for a substantial wage increase to offset the increases in the cost of living and higher taxes in all current wage negotiations.
