E.P.S. AID POSTS
A ST. CLAIR APPEAL Equipment is urgently required for th« E.P.S. station at St. Clair, and a drive is being organised for Saturday to canvass the aid post area, which extends from St. Clair golf links to Plunkei street and Bay View road. The St. Clail Scouts or any residents free to help in the collection of articles are asked td be at the aid post at 9.45 a.m., when blocks will be allotted to them. Th« following articles are required:— Blankets, rugs, old sheets, white material for bandages, flour bags, hessian or bedding, pillows, pillow cases, etc., metal and enamel bowls and basins, buckets, tins, and jugs, waterproof sheeting, old nightdresses, and pyjamas. Between 2.30 and 4 p.m. on Saturday the public will be given an opportunity of seeing a demonstration of certain features of E.P.S. work at the Columba College aid post, Highgate. This unit is well organised.
