THE JAPANESE DIET
A SPECIAL SESSION WASHINGTON, Dec. 15. The Tokio radio stated that the Diet will meet on Monday for a special session. The Japanese Cabinet approved of an extraordinary military Budget Bill of 2,800,000,000 yen, and decided to apply more stringent control' to the Stock Exchange to prevent fluctuations. The Government is encouraging the people to carry on normally, and picture entertainments,, theatres, football, and ski-ing are being continued as scheduled.
