NO CHANGE OF POLICY (Rec. 7 p.m.) RUGBY, Deo. 14. Mr de Valera. speaking at Cork on Sunday, said that although the extension of the war had • brought sorrow and anxiety to every part of Eire, nevertheless the policy of the State remained unchanged. In an appeal for recruits, he said 250,000 men for military service alone were needed.
