AMBULANCE FUND
KINGSFORD SMITH , MEMORIAL (P.A.) WELLINGTON; Dec. 5. The Kingsford Smith Memorial Ambulance Fund appeal, which seeks to raise £6OO, now stands at £440, said the organiser, Mr Owen Davies, tonight. Further steps are being taken to augment the fund. - The ambulance is to be.presented to the Royal New Zealand Air Force, which will maintain it. •':■ '.. •" :.■"..". „ ' f The money so far raised was obtained laregly as the result of an exhibition shown in Auckland and Wellington and depicting Sir Charles Kingsford Smith's world flights.
