BOMB EXPLOSION
(Rec. 7 p.m.) VICHY, Nov. 26. After a bomb explosion in a restaurant the Germans fined Pans 1,000.000 francs. It is believed that the fine was imposed in order to avoid the shooting of hostages, which has created a tense situation in the occupied zone.
