OUTLOOK FOR THAILAND
INVOLVEMENT NOT UNLIKELY READY TO DEFEND ITSELF (Rec. 11 p.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 26. The Shanghai correspondent of the Herald-Tribune says the Thai radio said that Thailand's involvement in war appeared inevitable, although there was a slieht hops of peace. Thailand, he added, would defend itself and would welcome help from friendly nations if attacked. The Thai vernacular press publishes similar warnings.
