CANADIAN TROOPS
THE SECOND DIVISION COMMANDER APPOINTED (Rec. 11.30 p.m.) OTTAWA. Nov. 24. Lieutenant-general H. D. G. Crerar. Chief of the General Staff, who voluntarily reverted to the rank of Major-general in order to enter active service, will command the second division overseas. Major-general Kenneth Stuart is succeeding Majorgeneral Crerar.
