WAITAKI FARMERS' FREEZING COMPANY
DIVIDEND OF SIX PER CENT. (Special) WELLINGTON, Nov. 24. The annual report of the Waitaki Farmers' Freezing Company stales that with the amount brought forward, £3805 7s 6d, added to the profit for the year, £7965 3s 4d, there is a total to be dealt with of £11,770 10s lOd. The directors recommend a dividend of 6 per cent, absorbing £5757 18s Bd. the transfer to reserve of £SOOO. and the carrying forward of £lOl2 12s 2d.
