AMERICA'S ENTRY INTO WAR (Rec. 1 a.m.) HAVANA, Nov. 24. The President of Cuba, Colonel F. Batista, in a speech predicting th* the United States would be in the war by next spring, added: " When the United States declares war Cuba will be the first nation to enter the war. on her side."
