WELLINGTON, REPRESENTATIVE PROGRAMME (P.A.) WELLINGTON. Oct. 28. The Management Committee of the Wellington Cricket Association decided to-night to confine its representative programme this season to home-and-home matches with Auckland. The Canterbury association wrote inviting the Wellington team to play a match against Canterbury at New Year. The Auckland team is to play Wellington at Wellington on New Year dates and the return match is to be played at Auckland in February. Mr L. J. Brabin, chairman of the Games Advisory Committee, reported that a match for the Brabin Cup between the Wellington and Auckland junior representative teams would be played at Wellington on December 26 and 27, and the Wellington and Auckland teams would then proceed to Christchurch to take part in the junior tournament, Wellington would play Canterbury for the Brabin Shield at Christchurch on December 29 and 30, and Wellington would play Otago at Christchurch for the shield on December 31 and January 1.
