EXPLOSION AT HORSHAM
FLAME THROWING APPARATUS (Rcc. 1 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 14. A member of the Home Guard was killed and 10 others were injured, including a major-general, when an explosion occurred at Horsham, Sussex, during a demonstration of a new flame-throwing apparatus which i« being issued to the Home Guard.
