DISSOLUTION ORDERED
BUENOS AIRES COUNCIL ALLEGATIONS OF GRAFT BUENOS AIRES. Oct. 13. The police, armed with tear-gas bombs, prevented members of the Municipal Council entering the Council Chambers to-day following the Argentine Cabinet’s order dissolving the city’s legislative body on the grounds that several of the councillors had been charged with graft. The “City Council challenged the legality of the dissolution order, and declared its intention of remaining in permanent session at a secret meeting place.
