FAIR TO FINE Forecast for Otago.—The following official weather forecast for, Otago, covering the ensuing 24 hours, was. issued at 3 p.m. yesterday by the Meteorological Office in Wellington:— ; Fresh north-easterly winds on the coast, otherwise winds light to moderate and variable, with some morning low cloud, and possibly coastal fog, but weather otherwise fair toflne; moderate to mild temperatures. Further Outlook. —Fair. Weather in Dunedin.—Fine mild weather with a cloudless sky was exSierienced yesterday.
