JAPANESE TROOPS MOVE UP
(Rec. 11 p.m.) TOKIO, Sept. 23. More Japanese troops in Manchukuo are reported to have moved to the Siberian frontier, and concentrations arc said to be particularly heavy in the frontier region near Vladivostok. Significantly the press of Manchukuo, which recently issued a warning that a long and difficult campaign in Russia lay ahead of Germany, now asserts that a Nazi victory is in sight.
