ADJOURNMENT TO TUESDAY (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Sept. 18. When the Legislative Council met to-day Mr B, Martin was in the Speaker’s place, Mr M. Fagan being ill with a cold. The last of the re-cently-appointed new members, Mr P. J. O’Kane, was in bis place and only Mr J. McLeod, who has been reappointed. has now to be sworn in. The Council adjourned until Tuesday
