ATTACKS ON NAZIS EXTENSION OF REPRISALS WARNING TO PARISIANS (Rec. 0.15 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 18. Following the death of the German non-commissioned officer who was shot in the street in the centre of Paris, the German authorities threatened to take hostages from ail classes of the Parisian populace unless the present series of atiacks against German soldiers ceased. Placards posted throughout the city declare that the Germans will greatly extend reprisals if the attacks are continued-
