SURPLUS FOOD
DISTRIBUTION AFTER WAR AN ALLIED CONFERENCE (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Aug. 26. The Acting Prime Minister, Mr W. Nash, stated to-day that an Allied conference will be held in London tomorrow, at which New Zealand will be represented, to determine, in the main, the question of making surplus stocks of food available to various countries requiring supplies after the war.
