AIR BASES FOR AMERICA USE IN EMERGENCY NEW YORK, June 16. ' The United States is negotiating with Brazil for the construction of air bases on the Brazilian coast for use in an emergency.
, An official of the Brazilian Embassy in Washington revealed that the United States plans to" lend Brazil £21,350,000 to construct bases.
