A TASTY SUPPER DISH CHEESETTES. Cut fresh bread into li-inch cubes. Beat up an egg with one. tablespoon of melted butter and : little pepper and salt. Dip the bread cubes into this \ egg mixture, then roll each in finelygrated cheese. Place carefully on a baking sheet and bake in a moderate oven .■ till cheese is melted and lightly browned. Serve hot. These may easily be’ prepared in advance and . baked just before serving. If made smaller'they make an excellent addition to a dish of assorted appetisers. ' . , •
