HITLER’S HOPES NOT REALISED (Rec. 11.30 p.m.) LONDON, June 13. Broadcasting to South America, Mr Anthony Eden said that the sinking of the Bismarck in the Atlantic was most dramatic proof that. Hitler is not winning the Battle of the Atlantic, as such a risk would not be undertaken when visibility was good if submarines and planes were achieving Hiller’s hopes.
