MAGISTRATES COURT
A sitting of the Port Chalmers Magistrate’s Court was held yesterday before Mr J. Watson, J.P., and Mr W. J. Johnston, J.P. , , , iT , . Two men were charged with being unlawfully on licensed premises. The cases were adjourned to come before the magistrate on June 27. Charged with riding bicycles on the footpath in Sawyers’ Bay, Edward Offen and Morrison Walker were each fined 5s and costs (10s). Allen Neil Mack Wilson pleaded guilty to a charge of speeding on the Port Chalmers highway, and was fined 30s and costs (10s).
