an explanatory statement (P.A.) ' WELLINGTON, June 13. Referring 'to the Wellington report regarding a Christian reconstruction conference, Mr B. Dunningham, acting director, states: “The large number of church leaders who have given their approval to the conference have done so in their personal capacities. Any misapprehension which.., may have arisen is my fault and mine alone for failing to make the position adequately clear by inserting the words * personal capacity.’ I accept full responsibility and apologise.” .
