A MEMBER RESIGNS TOKIO, June 11. Mr Tadaatsu Ishiguro (Minister of Agriculture and Forestry) has resigned owing to ill-health. Prince Konoye lias appointed Mr Sekisai Ino, a vice-Minister, as his successor.
