Blessed id-W&ipeoplewhose God■ is the lord Jpsffltn xxxiii. Righteousness exalietli d nation, but sin is a reproach to any people (Proverbs xiv, 34). Almighty and everlasting God, we praise all that Thou hast done, for us as a nation ... ri T.hpu hast gathered us into d great people. Deepen the root of our national life in righteousness. Abundantly bless Thy servant pur King, andldbery member of the Royal House. Fill their hearts with such loyalty to Thee that their .people may be exalted by their loyalty to them. Inspire the men who direct the Government, that they may do rso wisely and well. Give insight and faithfulness to all legislators, that our laws may clearly speak the right. Give wisdom unto our representatives who deal with other nations, that in justice and truth they . may win and keep their friendship. ■, May those who direct our conflict make wise decisions, and lead us to victory. And may our deepest'trust be in Thee, the Lord of Nations and King of Kings. ’
