WINNER NOT IDENTIFIED It the winner of the " Lucky Feeling ” art union does reside in Bathgate road he has so far succeeded in keeping his v good fortune a close secret. Inquiries in that locality yesterday did not reveal any trace of a person who claimed to possess the winning ticket, and no one was able to give any clue to the winner’s identity. It is stated that the ticket was not purchased in Dunedin. This is the second occasion upon which r the winning ticket in an art union has been bought by a resident of Bathgate road.
