DIAMOND WEDDING
On Sunday last Mr and Mrs William Paterson, of'Fifield street, Roslyn, celebrated their diamond wedding anniversary, having that day completed 60 years of married life. A happy afternoon was spent with old friends at the residence of their daughter, Mrs W. F. Meek. Highgate. Mr Paterson is well known as the secretary of the Early Settlers’ Association. Mr-and Mrs Paterson were married at the bride’s home, “The Glen,” Romahapa, by the Rev. B. Bannerman. on June 8. 1881,
