RECRUITS FOR SPORTS BODIES
The recruitment of boys and girls of the primary schools for continued physical training was announced yesterday by the Minister of Internal Affairs, Mr W. E. Parry, to be a new feature of the work of the physical Welfare and Recreation Department designed to assist sports bodies. Recreation cards, he said, would be issued to boys and girls in their school year and by that mean -enrolments would result for a continuance of the sport indulged in.at school.
