CONCILIATION DISPUTES
POINTS FOR SETTLEMENT PROTEST AGAINST INITIAL UNCERTAINTIES (P.A.) WELLINGTON, June 10. Grave dissatisfaction with the frequency of differences in the Court of Arbitration over what is in dispute was expressed by Mr Justice Tyndall during the hearing of the taxi telephonists' dispute. His Honor said he was becoming impatient at having to start so many cases with an argument as to what was in dispute, and he issued a warning against the signing by advocates of blank sheets upon which the Conciliation Commissioner would later fill in the recommendations of the Conciliation Council.
