STRONG WINDS Forecast for Otago.—The following official weather forecast for Otago, covering the ensuing 24 hours, was issued at S p.m. yesterday by the Meteorological Office in Wellington:— Winds becoming strong southwesterly or southerly. The maximum temperature was 57 degrees. Heavy rain fell in the early morning.
