BOMBING OF DUBLIN
PROTEST TO BERLIN AN INQUIRY ORDERED LONDON, June 5. Mr de Valera. in the Dail, said the bombing of Dublin had killed 27 people and seriously injured 47, who were still in hospital. It destroyed 25 houses and rendered 300 uninhabitable. The Irish Charge d'Affaires in Berlin visited the Wilhelmstrasse and lodged a protest against the bombing of Dublin. German officials announce that a thorough inquiry has been ordered.
