Plot Discovered in Chile A message from Santiago states that the police announced that they had found evidence that the Vanguardists, formerly known as Nazis, had planned a putsch against the Chilean Government. Forty members of the organisation have been detained. The Princess Royal A message from London states that the Princess Royal attended a gala sports meeting of the Royal Canadian Signals, of which she is colonel-in-chief. Generals McNaughton and Odium and other senior officers were present.
